Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
medianexo operates this website as a commercial service providing professional media feeds including video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and reliable high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree you must not use the site or any services offered through it. These terms constitute a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom and incorporate the requirements of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. The site and services are intended for professional broadcasters, news organisations and media companies located in the United Kingdom and other permitted jurisdictions. You may use the feeds and related materials only for the purposes of news reporting, live broadcasting and internal production workflows. Any other commercial exploitation, resale or redistribution is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by medianexo.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to interfere with the technical delivery of feeds, reverse engineer any software, introduce malware, or use the service to transmit unlawful content. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, scrape data beyond permitted API access, or engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or infrastructure of medianexo. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where accounts are required for accessing premium feeds or submitting material, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any content you submit, including video clips or metadata, must not infringe third-party rights. medianexo may review, reject or remove submissions that breach these terms. You grant medianexo a non-exclusive licence to use submitted material solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All intellectual property in the site, including feed formats, technical documentation and branding, remains the property of medianexo or its licensors. You may view and download feeds for the contracted purpose only. No trademark or copyright licence is granted beyond the scope of the service agreement. Any permitted use must retain all proprietary notices.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference or integrate third-party platforms for signal transmission, content delivery networks or analytics. medianexo does not endorse, control or guarantee the availability or accuracy of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
medianexo aims to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or terminate access for maintenance, legal compliance or breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination all licences to use feeds cease immediately.
Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law
Except as required by law, the site and feeds are provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or UK GDPR.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the preceding section, the total liability of medianexo for any claim arising from the site or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit applies to all losses including indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless medianexo against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of feeds, or any infringement of third-party rights caused by content you submit.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to use alternative dispute resolution schemes where available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. medianexo may update these terms from time to time; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
