Everything newsrooms and production teams usually ask before booking a feed, a crew or a full signal chain.
How quickly can you deploy a crew or a feed?
For most UK locations we can confirm a crew and kit within 24 hours. Urgent breaking-news bookings are handled by our on-call duty team, with live signal available in as little as a few hours.
Do you provide redundant signal paths?
Yes. Every live job can include a primary and backup path, for example fibre with bonded cellular or satellite, with automatic failover and a dedicated engineer watching the feed.
Which delivery formats and protocols do you support?
We deliver over SDI, NDI, SRT, RIST, IP multicast and satellite, and we convert between formats so your gallery or playout receives exactly what it needs.
Can you work with our existing news gallery?
Absolutely. We regularly integrate with in-house galleries, remote production tools and third-party playout systems, matching your naming, tally and comms conventions.
How is pricing structured?
Most services are priced per day or per feed, with monthly rates for continuous monitoring. Send us the details through the contact page and we will return a clear, itemised quote.
